Print Recipe! | Yields 20 deviled eggs!
My family loves eggs! Whether their over easy, scrambled, hard boiled, or our favorite, deviled eggs!

For this recipe you will need 10 hard boiled eggs, 5 tablespoons mayonnaise, 1 tsp stone ground mustard, paprika, and bacon bits! You will also need a medium sized bowl, container, and a zip lock bag.
To start, cut each hard boiled egg in half, scooping the yolks out into a medium sized mixing bowl. Place the egg whites in a separate container.
Talking a fork, mash the egg yolks up into small bits that are the size of crumbs. Then, add 5 tablespoons of mayo and 1 tsp stone ground mustard. Mix until well combined.
The yolk mixture should be creamy. If it's to dry, you can add 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise at a time until you reach the desired consistency.
Take the yolk mixture and place it into a zip lock bag. The zip lock bag is going to act like a piping bag.
Now, pipe the egg yolk mixture into the egg whites. Sprinkle a pinch of paprika on to each deviled egg. Now, you can sprinkle bacon bits on top if you choose, I chose not to.
Enjoy your deviled eggs! They are great for appetizers at a dinner party, or even just a little snack. Either way, their delicious!
